ORDER INQUIRIES

Here are the 5 easy steps to place your order:

Login to DF Delivers.

If you do not have an account with us, you will be required to register first. Use the same link above.

Once logged in, you can now add any items to your cart.

Checkout your order and fill-up all the necessary information.

You can apply voucher codes for additional savings and add order notes for any special requests.

Select Delivery or Pick-up

  • For delivery, select one from the two delivery notices:
    1. Contact me for any concerns in my order before delivery.
    2. Fulfill my order as best as possible, then proceed with delivery as soon as you can.
  • For Pick-up, we will notify you as soon as your order is ready in our Taguig warehouse.

Review and Place Your Order

Ensure that your billing details and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Yes, you can still edit the cart contents and order quantities if your orders are still in the cart or on the checkout page. But if orders were already placed, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, as long as you meet the 6:00AM cut-off for order cancellations. Please understand that cancellations made after the said cut-off will NOT be allowed due to the perishable nature of our products.

We deliver Monday to Sunday from 11AM until 8PM. You can also view our available delivery time slots after you checkout your produce and before placing your order.
  
We will be sending SMS notifications for the ETA of your order delivery. Ensure your contact number is correct and active at all times for ease of communication during delivery.

We strive our best to deliver your order based on your selected timeslot. In case of delay due to unforeseen or inevitable circumstances, our Customer Support team will immediately contact you and provide the updated delivery time. You may also Contact Us for any other concerns.

  • If ordered via cash on delivery and reason is due to unsuccessful attempts of contacting you on your scheduled delivery date, your order will be tagged as “Undelivered”. No additional delivery attempts will be made and no refund as well due
    to the perishable nature of our products.
  •  If ordered via online payment, 1 additional attempt will be made to deliver your items the following day. If still unsuccessful, no refunds shall be offered.

Yes, as long as you meet our 4:00PM cut-off for pick-up. You can also arrange your own courier to pick-up your order in our warehouse located at: Lot 91-A Bagsakan Ave, FTI Complex, Western Bicutan, Taguig City. Click the map for the exact location.

PAYMENT INQUIRIES

We accept any of the following:

You may contact us within 24hours of receipt of your items. We will be more than happy to accommodate your request if the following conditions are met:

  • Wrong produce delivered, or
  • Damaged/Poor-quality produce

For refund due to excess payments, you have 3 options:

  1. Order another product with us based from excess payment amount
  2. Credit the excess payment to future purchases
  3. Request for refund (subject to respective bank’s or payment provider’s internal processing time)

For CANCELLED orders that complied with our 6AM cut-off, automatic refund will be provided. Again, this is subject to respective bank’s or payment provider’s internal processing time.
